Microsoft makes time for "special addition" in E3 press conference

The hype is building in the run up to the opening of E3, with last minute leaks and whisperings keeping us on the edge of our seats for the official a

Rather interestingly, Electricpig has spotted that Microsoft has pushed its press conference back to 6.25pm from 6.30pm (GMT), giving an extra five minutes for what it's describing as a "special addition".

What an extra five minutes will allow for, we aren't too sure, but it's no doubt an attempt to bring the focus back on to Microsoft, rather than that pesky PSP Go that "leaked" yesterday.

The Big M is set to open the show today, and will be the first of the week to unveil the things it has up its sleeve for the forthcoming year and beyond.'s Joe is over there and will be ready to get hands on with all the hot new kit over the next week – so be sure to keep an eye on the blog, as well as our Watch and Listen page for the latest.
