Ultimate Setup – barbecue
Hopefully by now you've perused our list of 5 of the best barbecues and selected your favourite grilling platform. Now it's time to add these awesome accessories...
Chillchaser Poseidon Patio Heater £950
A patio heater is a nice luxury, but one with a built-in 4GB media player and 5W speakers is just outrageous. We love it.
Worn Retro Joystick Barbecue Apron £17.50
You may well stare in disbelief. Having never seen a novelty apron that didn't have a naked woman or French maid on it, this cool retro number makes a refreshing change.
Barbecue Planks £10
Nope, not a charcoal replacement, but a cooking surface that imparts flavour to your food. Pre-soak the plank in water, stick it on the grill and place your meat or fish on it. Each plank can be used around 10 times, and each type - oak, beech, cedar and cherry - adds its own unique flavour.
Chimney Charcoal Starter £11
Get your coals to cooking temperature in less than 15 minutes. Simply place some newspaper in the bottom, fill with coal and light. Genius.
Grillslinger Barbecue Tools £50
Every barbecutioner needs a Grillslinger. It's as if Data from The Goonies got his act together and started making a truly useful utility belt, filled with tongs, a knife and a flipper.
