Talkback: do your pets hate your gadgets?

That's George, honorary Stuff cat, and avowed hater of the iPhone. It's glowing screen spoils his sleep and interrupts important business for his human servants like feeding him and showering him with attention. His utter disdain for the iPhone 3GS got us thinking? Do you pets have a problem with your gadget addiction? Is your hamster pro-Xbox 360 but irritated by your PS3? Does your snake sneer at your Sony Ericsson? Tell us your pets vs gadgets stories in the comments.

My recently departed, majestic beast of a cat met Aibo one Christmas. There was initial bemusement, then typical cat disinterest.

My cat hates it when I use my PS3. He pesters me for food during important online frag-fests. He now puts his claws in at most inopportune moments, very scary when playing games like Wolverine or Turok....

Although it's not strictly a gadget, my cat cannot stand anything to do with Twitter, yes i know, totally unreasonable.

My cats both ignore me almost constantly until I'm doing work on my PC. Then they sit on my keyboard and put their big fat heads in front of my monitor

A couple of issues ago Stuff magazine announced the new Stuff readers panel - a fantastic way for enthusiastic gadgeteers and no doubt Stuff subscribers to get involved in review writing and surveys/questionnaires.
I was just wondering if anyone had been successful in being accepted for "membership"? I sent an email request in, but heard nothing, and have since written again to find out the progress (good or bad) of my "application", and still no response. Perhaps it has been oversubscribed, and perhaps it is impossible for everyone to get a response realistically speaking, but given that I am a long term subscriber and regular t the Stuff Show, I would have thought my proven loyalty would have at least been acknowledged by a response of some sort.
Can Stuff comment? Or has anyone else heard anything?
