BeBook Mini ereader launched in the UK
Following on from last year's BeBook One, BeBook has announced it has added a new compact ereader to its range – the Mini.If you hadn't guessed from its name, the BeBook Mini comes in at a pocket-friendly size, with a 5-inch E-ink screen, but with all the best features of its bigger brother. This means you can expect a wide format compatibility including both ePub and PDF, a 512MB internal memory with SD card slot for boosting to 16GB, and a faster 400mhz processor that'll make page turning quicker and smoother.Unfortunately though, there's no Wifi or 3G connectivity here, so you'll need to drag and drop the books you want by linking the BeBook Mini up to your PC via USB.The BeBook Mini will be available in a choice of black and white at high street stores like Borders, and online retailers such as Play. Prices will vary but the Mini carries an RRP of £179.99.You can pick it up now, but would you choose this over the Kindle or the similarly-specced Sony Reader Pocket Edition? Let us know below.

I plan to buy an eReader in the near future, so this looks like a contender. I like the clean look. Kindle is right out as it looks very messy with all the buttons. It'll be a close fight between this and the Sony.
