How to… brew up a perfect cup

The Blossom One coffee machine (price £TBC) might just be the perfect marriage of coffee and technology. Not only does it feature the most complete temperature control ever put in a brewing machine, it allows you to adjust every aspect of the coffee making process individually – and includes Wi-Fi and a QR code reader that enables you to store and share your favourite recipes in the cloud. It’s not bad looking either, and will come in a variety of materials (mahogany, walnut etc.) upon its launch in the spring.

What a badly written article, shame on you guys, you really dont have a clue what you are doing!

Your article does not state what will happen when you roast coffee at home, SMOKE!!!! warning your house will smell, do it in the garage or outside!

You state in the article that you will make better coffee or as good coffee as the local cafe, but then you suggest an app that shows you were to go out for coffee????

Your consultant also states that he will leave brewing to the experts, well done!
what is the purpose of this article!

you recommend the V60 and chemex, bad choice for dinners, plunger is the go!

Also a 300 pound Grinder, for the home?

There are much better options, I wish you could have done better research!

That bit of kit that is called ''Blossom One'', why would you recommend such thing to a novice... that type of equipment needs a greater amount of effort to make coffee, and then you have the cleaning which the normal Joe does not have the time to perform! plus it will take at least 15 min to get the machine up and running, then run some coffee through it, so by the time you have your cup..20 min have passed.

Please just go to your independent cafe!

The minibrew! these type of items dont work, as the grounds stay in the bottom of the cup/brewer, which cause the coffee to over brew, leaving a cooked coffee taste in the palate...ohhh go on add milk see what it will taste like after 5 minutes.

Please do your research next time, and save the embarrassment, people that understand the industry see this.
