Yes, I thought you’d like these. They’re the new black version of the award-winning Eclipse TD712z Mk2 speakers.

Award-winning speakers – sounds expensive

Well, yes, they’re a cool £5000. But what you get for that money is a pair of hi-fi soundslingers that are unsurpassed in their timing and precision. These are seriously good speakers.

And it doesn’t hurt that they look cool…

Yes, of course, but the eggy styling and the rigid stand with its aircraft-wing design and adjustable feet both contribute to the sonics. And no, it doesn’t hurt that they’re some of the prettiest speakers around.
