The HTC Vigor is currently one of the hottest phone rumours around. We know little about it other than a smattering of specs like a speedy 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 4.3in 720p HD display and an 8MP camera. Also, it may well be the first smartphone to pack Dr Dre's Beats audio technology – a result of HTC's latest acquisition. It will supposedly run Gingerbread 2.3.4 and the latest 3.5 version of the Sense UI, too.
Today, a tasty little morsel (read: error) has been spotted on the site of Dutch online retailer The Phone House in the form of a render of the device and a specs list. If accurate, HTC's Vigor looks set to be the awesome powerhouse we're expecting it to be – meaning it's not only the iPhone 5 we've got to look forward to. The page has since been removed – but not before Engadget managed to get a screen grab of the goods on offer.
We're still none the wiser about a UK release, but if the rumours are to be believed our friends across the pond will get it first on 6th October. Hopefully, the UK gets a look-in very soon after.
