Fujifilm has opened up an After Eight box and slipped the waffer-thin Z900 EXR out of a greaseproof wrapper.

Despite being just 18.2mm thick, this compact is packing touchscreen control, a 16-megapixel sensor, 5x optical zoom, image stabilisation and a mini HDMI output.

It’s also available in black, red, pink or blue to keep all you fashionistas perfectly colour-coordinated.

The Fujifilm FinePix Z900 EXR will hit shops in May for £220.
