Good news is heading to our shores for Fujifilm FinePix 3D REAL W1 owners – Fujifilm has launched a new 3D print system, and it's launching in the UK this summer.
Up until now, if you wanted one of Fujifilm's 3D prints on lenticular paper (which you won't need glasses to view it properly) you'd have to send your snaps to Fujifilm's labs in Japan, taking weeks. Now Fujifilm's new printer, a mere 50x50x70cm in size is coming to the UK this summer.
This means that once the printers make their way into your local photo developers, you'll no doubt be able to get prints in hours rather than weeks, or even buy your own. Though we have a feeling that might be a bit pricey.
The printer uses a special dye sublimation process to help print the photos in an extra dimension and Fujifilm will reveal the price in April.
Would being able to print your own 3D photos make you more likely to buy a 3D camera? Check out our video review of Fujifilm's 3D cam and let us know below.
