Apple event – confirmed for 27 January
Apple has just pinged an invite for an event on January 27th into our inbox – it seems the rumours may just have turned out to be right.
Inviting us to "come see our latest creation", only those with the special invitation will be granted entry to the event in San Francisco.
It's set to start at 10am – or 6pm our time – so pop it in your diaries, and if you're interested at just what Apple might unveil, be sure to come back to get all the deets as it happens.

i wonder what their latest creation could be! islate, itab, itop, iwonder WHY apple didn't steal the show at CES or they only just thrown this "new creation" together in the last week?

Cant wait until they review the LATEST CREATION it better be good, i remember when they annonced the new iphone 3gs, i was a bit dissapointed because apple didnt really change a lot.

i agree about not changing alot on the iPhone. I'm avivid Apple follower so i hope its one of thier best creations yet! I'm hoping for the "iTablet" or a whole other thing that will never be expected, you never know!

This really excites me. Could the rumoured tablet have integration with logic as a control surface? That would be sooo cool with a touch interface. My macbook is 2 years old now and hope apple do a massive hardware update to tempt me to buy the latest greatest kit. Long live apple!
