Xbox LIVE update incoming – no Facebook yet
Microsoft has just outed a rather long list of updates coming to Xbox Live this summer, but unfortunately missing those E3 goodies we're so waiting for.
However, while Facebook and Last.fm may be AWOL for the moment, there are still some pretty nice features to play with.
You'll now be able to fix up your avatar with clothes and props in the Avatar Marketplace, get full versions of popular games on demand (starting in August) and rate games in the Marketplace using a 5-star system.
Other improvements include better Xbox LIVE Party features, a revamped Achievements browser, steamlined navigation and a stamp for Gold members to show off on their Gamer Card.
There are also a whole load of nice sounding Netflix movie updates, but we're guessing they'll all be US-only for now. Rubbish.
No exact dates have been announced, except you can expect it "soon". We'll bring you more as we get it.
