Tech Tickler - Is the Xbox 360 60GB worth it?
The new Xbox 360, with a 60GB hard drive, hits stores tomorrow. And with a £199 price tag, it's being billed as a great way to get into downloading goodies from Video Marketplace and stashing them on your hub.
But, is it really worth it? Let us know what you think in this week's tech tickler and you could win an exclusive howies tee. It's called Misifts and is made up from stacks of different prints the T-shirt types have lying around. They've promised us that every single one will be unique.
So there you have it. Is the Xbox 360 60GB any good? Tell us and that tee could be on your back just in time for the summer to come to an end. Boo!
And when you've done voting here, remember to cast your eye over the nominations for the Stuff Gadget Awards. You could win an iPhone 3G and a seat at the ceremony if you do!

If you already have an Xbox 360 I reckon you would be better off buying a USB hard drive and getting much more capacity for much less money.

As online retailers (Amazon, Play and others) have already knocked £20 off, it's a competitive price for what you get compared to the PS3 or even the Xbox 360 Elite. Those looking to get a new console should consider this one, but those with existing Xbox 360s should keep their money in their pockets.

No way...it's just a memory upgrade...if they made it better looking then it would be justified.

No way. A Memroy upgrade to coincide with the PS3's simply to get their PR team working. Better value than before but not worth hyping about.

If you are looking to buy into the Xbox 360 then this should be the recommended solution as the 20gb machine just isn't man / woman enough for all those Xbox live arcade games and the hundres of playable demos out their. Add onto that the movie downloads, trailers, game videos, music videos et al, and it soon seems Shuffle sized. If like me, you quite like to play a few of your own tunes whilst gaming ( you can't beat Mannly Barrilow for fraggin those hoardes too ), by the time you've ripped "His name was Lola", the damn beastie is asking you to delete some of your content otherwise you'll never get to cruise the skies in a Banshee humming I'm Mandy Fly Me. However, I won't take the plunge for one from my original (still the first one!) until it either dies, a totally new Xbox turns up or the man himself releases another greatest hits album.
