PSP Go leaks out ahead of E3 2009
Forget the rumours kids, this is the real deal. The Sony PSP Go has turned up online just days before it gets the official thumbs up here in Los Angeles at E3.
It seems all the tittle tattle was bang on the money. Engadget has got the full skinny on this DSi baiter, after it all leaked on the official PlayStation Forums. There's a slide out 3.8in screen as predicted, and Sony says its 43 per cent lighter than the PSP 3000. There'll be 16GB of on board storage, handy as there's no UMD drive here.
Bluetooth is on board, as is a memory stick slot, PS3 integration, and, happily, loads of new games including LittleBigPlanet and Gran Turismo.
As yet, pricing remains off limits, but we'll be stalking the halls at E3 when the doors open on Tuesday, bringing you all the news as it happens.
Can it see off the DSi? Tell us what you think in the comments section now!

Engadget isn't saying that the PSP Go's screen is 43 percent lighter. They're saying the Go's weight is 43 percent lighter! Silly!

Hi Steve
Well spotted. Wrote this immediately after dropping my bags following an 11 hour flight. Still, no excuses.
I'm really looking forward to playing with it. What intrigues me are the reports saying the packaging looks suspiciously like that of supposed slim PS3. Here's hoping!

is anyone else hoping for advanced streaming capabilitles here? we have had the ps3 phone confirmed and we expect that to stream music from the ps3 so wouldnt it be nice if the psp go could stream music and even video? how nice would it be to watch shows without having the memory issues that an ipod touch would have
