More DJ Hero details leak out
After plenty of scurrilous rumours, Activision finally came clean about their plans for DJ Hero earlier this autumn. And now a Dutch DJ has let slip some stone cold facts about what we can expect from the game.According to the gaming fanatics at CVG, a release date of summer 2009 is being lined up, with superstar DJ Tiesto (the aforementioned Dutch chap), claiming to have his own version of the game, just like Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. There'll be a turntable–style controller, wirh coloured icons telling you waht to do on a virtual record appearing on screen. Essentially, it's Guitar Hero for the dance music generation. What do you think? Is DJ Hero a great idea, or just another spin–off too far? Let us know what you think in the comments section.

Nah, dance music is dead. Plus, you can't strike rock god poses while DJing. Where's the fun?
