Microsoft Courier breaks cover – dual screen touchscreen tablet of your dreams
Remember that Microsoft Surface tablet we told you about on Monday? Well, it's real, called the Microsoft Courier and has just revealed it at Gizmodo Gallery in New York City. The Microsoft Courier is actually more than a tablet. With two 7in screens, it's more like a digital book. Both screens have multi-touch and will work with both fingers and a stylus. Microsoft Courier's two screens are hinged with a home button at the centre for returning to menus. There's a camera in the back and built-in WiFi. Gizmodo speculates that the device may charge on an inductive pad. The Microsoft Courier is still only a prototype but Microsoft is clearly investing a lot of time and effort in developing it. If this doesn't go head-to-head with Apple's Mac Tablet, we'll be very surprised. Take a look at our 10 things the Apple Mac Tablet needs and add one more – to look as impressive as the Microsoft Courier.
