GTA downloadable content heading to PS3
Promises of GTA IV downloadable content (DLC) coming in November seem to be receding faster than logic in the whole Russell Brand affair. But there's good news this morning for PS3 punters who thought they'd never got a chance to play the extras Liberty City missions. Sony says it will be getting the DLC for its flagship console.
According to a Sony suit, in an interview with Videogamer.com, has said that, "...nothing is ever exclusive." That means that the DLC won't just live in Xbox Live and that gamers who worked their way through 98 (rather tiresome) missions on the PS3 will be able to play more in the future.
Sadly, we don't know when that day will be. But it's looking highly likely we won't be taking Nico into any new drug dens or gunning down pedestrians for no good reason this side of Christmas.
So, it's probably best to hold out for GTA: Chinatown Wars instead. You can get deets on that over in our games blog.
