And things aren’t about to change with the official launch of the new Dell Studio Hybrid.Making the Eee Box look low class by comparision, the new machine totes some hefty specs, including HDMI, Wi-Fi, 320GB hard drive, 4GB of RAM and the option to stick in a Blu–Ray drive to boot.Then there’s the interchangeable sleeves, coming in Bamboo, Emerald, Quartz, Ruby, Sapphire, Slate and Topaz. Add to this the eco angle (Dell will supply a recycling kit and slimmed down packing) and you’re looking at a piece of kit well worth manhandling.Word on the street is you can lay your hands on one now, starting at a mere £399. Seeing as they cost $499 in the States, that's a bit of a joke if you ask us.
