Apple’s injunction cuts Galaxy Tab 7.7 from IFA roster

It’s been just under a month since sales of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 were blocked then reinstated in the EU and Apple’s legal crusade looks set to continue with a new injunction served for the recently unveiled Tab 7.7.

Luckily for us the lockdown only applies to Germany for now, but it’s bad news for Sammy who has responded by stating that the decision “severely limits consumer choice”. Time will tell how the Apple-Samusung legal saga will pan out, but we’re sure the Korean tech giant will enter the arena with all guns blazing.
