BlackBerry Bold 9900 gets pre-order pricing from Vodafone

BlackBerry's latest blower gets its price tags out

While BlackBerry prepares its offensive on the smartphone market with its first missile – and the best of the bunch – the Bold 9900, retailers are helping you get first dibs on its OS 7 smartphone. Joining Phones 4u, Vodafone is the latest to put the touchscreen QWERTY handset up for pre-order, with the promise that it will be up and running in your hands as of August 16. As ever, it comes with a range of monthly plans – the cheapest being £41 a month on a two year contract if you want to bag the phone for free. Need a bit of persuasion before parting with your cash? Watch our Bold 9900 preview video, or read all about its official launch.
