Electric bikes have steadily been getting slimmer and better over the course of 2006 - take halfway-house machines such as UrbanMover's mountain bike, which featues electricity for a subtle boost on tough climbs.
But 2007 will see the arrival of proper, no-effort electrobikes that actually look like real ones. Schwinn's Stingray will do 40 miles from one charge, hide its electric away and - crucially - only weigh 45 pounds total with the motor a mere 10 pounds of that.
