A tweet from Remedy Entertainment’s Sam Lake suggests that a new Alan Wake game is in the works.

Lake tweeted “It’s all true. ‘It will happen again, in another town, a town called Ordinary.’ It’s happening now”, before posting a link to a blog called “This House of Dreams”.

The blog, written by someone called Samantha, features a number of posts referencing characters from the original Alan Wake, including Wake himself. There are also photos, including some old snaps (which she claims to have found in her attic) that show people with their faces scratched out. Scary!

We’re in no doubt that her house of dreams may soon become a house of nightmares – all blogged of course – and that this is all teaser work for a new game set in the same world as Alan Wake – we’ll bring you more when Remedy fesses up.
