According to Apple Insider, the new model will join four new, NVIDIA graphic–toting  editions of the aluminium machines. The new heavyweight computer will pack in Intel's Core i7 processor, but won't match its smaller cousins with an NVIDIA chipset.

Word is that the new regular iMacs will be available right after Phil Schiller delivers his keynote, with the 28in version due to hit shelves at some point in February, presumably at a price that'll make your post–Christmas wallet weep.
