Apple iPhone 5

The Apple iPhone 5S is set to hit store shelves in July, following a launch in June – along with a second, cheaper iPhone. That's according to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who has a pretty good track record when it comes to predicting what Apple's working on.

KGI reports that the iPhone 5S will feature a new A7 processor, along with an improved "Smart Flash" camera that will switch between a white or yellow flash depending on lighting conditions. Kuo also claims that the iPhone 5S will feature a fingerprint reader under its Home button – as revealed by Stuff.

The cheaper iPhone will reportedly feature a plastic and fibreglass build, and will come in a range of six colours. Rumours that Apple's working on two new iPhones to launch this year have already been circulating – albeit with a purported release date of August.

So, what's it to be – a colourful cheap iPhone, or a super-secure iPhone 5S? Let us know on Twitter.
