Tangram Smart Mount – the coolest iPad speaker yet?

Korean Design studio Tangram has produced a concept for one of the most stylish iPad speaker docks we’ve laid eyes on. The Smart Mount is a slim cylindrical speaker with a docking port, as well as Bluetooth for wireless sound streaming.

But there’s a little more to it that that: install the accompanying app on your iPad and it’ll produce animated ambient artwork while your music is playing. With the whole thing mounted on a wall, it becomes a kind of gallery piece right there in your living room.

As we say, it’s just a concept at the moment, but Tangram does produce a range of actual iPhone accessories, so we can definitely see this becoming a real product in the not-too-distant future.
