iPhone 4S: What we wanted, what we got

04 Oct 2011

iPhone 4S

OK, so there was no iPhone 5 but sometimes it's what's inside that counts and the iPhone 4S ticked a lot of our rumour mill boxes.

Wanted: The skinniest, lightest smartphone on the planet
Got: No hardware changes were announced, so you're looking at the same solid iPhone 4 design – weighing in at 137 grams and still standing proud with a 9.3mm waistline.

Yep, every other smartphone maker will be copying Apple by having 4G. Apart from HTC,Samsung,Motorola and LG who already have them available.

    Epic fail.

I'm an Apple fan, but this was poor. 15 months for a minor upgrade?!??!

BTW what happened to Stuff's exclusive insider informant with their dodgy iPhone 5 case?
