Australian court denies Apple's appeal against the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales ban

The latest development in the long-running Apple vs Samsung saga sees Australian courts overrule Apple's recent appeal against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1's sales un-banning, just in time for Christmas.

Sammy can rest easy knowing that Galaxy Tabs will be free to fill up the croc-skin stockings of Aussies down under – for the time being at least.
