The best-looking iPhone to date, the iPhone 4 was shinier, faster and slicker than previous incarnations. It wore its industrial design (including scratch-resistant glass, hi-res Retina Display, two cameras and antennae) literally on its sleeve. Ultimately that proved its Achilles heel, prompting the lazily-labelled Antennagate ‘scandal’. Did it affect sales? Doubtful. Read the iPhone 4S review here

Apple has been the pioneering tech companies producing massive and advance gadgets ever since.And no wonder that best gadgets of today's were produced by them.But recently,Any courtroom that will hear it has an Apple lawsuit submitted against another technology business on the docket. Regardless of Apple having more brand exposure than almost any other, some judges, like in Germany and Australia, are not ruling their way.
