Apple – Mac branded netbook doesn't interest us

With a growing crescendo of tittle tattle surrounding an Apple netbook, their own man Tim Cook has weighed into the debate, telling journalists and mo

Using their quarterly results conference call to dub the tiny machines "junky", and describe them as packing "terrible software", Cook reiterated Steve Jobs' previous statement that Apple has some interesting ideas to deliver an "innovative product."

So does this mean we won't see a micro Mac in the future? Don't count on it. Cook and his cohorts will be looking to create something wholly Apple, most likely a touchscreen tablet using the iPhone's excellent OS rather than a full–on version of OSX.
