Stuff’s Ramadan guide to staying healthy using tech

Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker

You may not be sure if you’re overeating or under eating when you break your fast. It’s quite common to be breaking fast to a spread of food, but considering you don’t usually eat the same meal on any other day, you risk the chance of chomping down more than you need.

The Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker by MyFitness Pal lets you keep entries of what food and the amount of calories you consume each day, along with a record of any exercise you do.

It’s got a very large food database but the only downside is that you’re not likely to find much Asian delicacies on it. Good luck trying to find how many calories are on the ondeh ondeh or queh lapis you consumed. It's available on both iOS and Android
