Stylish and slim, Samsung’s new NX2000 compact aims to please both photography enthusiasts and casual users alike with crispy clear images and easy to use functions that even total newbies can grasp immediately.
Featuring a 20.3MP APS-C CMOS Sensor, the NX2000 snaps itself some snazzy images even in low light, with the proprietary tech like it's DRIMe IV engine working to reduce noise, improve speed and enable superior colour reproduction.
Of course, being part of their SMART camera line you can operate it using their free SMART CAMERA app to capture photos through the camera remotely via your smartphone, and integrated Near Field Communication features lets you transfer images with just a tap. The very same app also instantly pipes your freshly taken picture straight to your smartphone as well, eliminating the need to fish around inside your cam for it.
A touch goes a long way
The back end of the cam has a large 3.7 inch WVGA Full Touch Screen and this is where you’ll find a plethora of scene modes and other sensible tweaks you can apply to your images before shooting.
The cam also has a choice of 13 interchangeable lenses that range from ultra-compact pancake lenses to Samsung’s proprietary 45mm 2D/3D lens so you can make videos enjoyable on 3D TVs.
The Samsung NX2000 is available in three colours; pink, white and black and retails for RM2,299.
