Ah the open road, where adventure beckons and the unknown awaits. Music as a travel companion makes sense, so the Jabra's aptly named Solemate might just be up your alley.
The second iteration of the Jabra Solemate line – now also available in vibrant red, blue, yellow and greyscale – it now has some nifty NFC capability for the speakers as well as the Jabra Sound App with Dolby Digital Plus sound. This delivers an enhanced sound space from the small Solemate, which makes you think that it is bigger than it actually is.
Jabra Solemate Mini
Of course if you think the Solemate is too big, but you still need the big sound quality – check out its smaller brother, the Solemate Mini. Sharing a similar design , the Mini nevertheless is much more compact and cuter at the same time. The Mini features two front-facing speakers to compare with Solemate’s three. It comes with NFC for easy pairing while its rubber coating ensures that it is durable anyway (sweat, dust and water splash resistant).

Jabra Solemate Max
Now if you just want some big sounds, check out the Solemate Max. The bigger brother of the two previous speakers- this boom box-style, high-fidelity speaker has no cables to worry about and with four speakers on board, should give users a nice ‘boom’ with their songs. Like the other Solemate products, the Max comes with NFC for easy connectivity, and also it can be used as an emergency battery pack, and still be able to play music continuously for 14 hours straight. It is also dirt, dust and water resistant.
The speakers are available now, with the Max to be launched in the near future. All three speakers will also have Bluetooth connectivity and included in the box (ok, the body of the speaker) is a male-to-male 3.5mm audio jack. The Solemate is available for RM 599 while the Solemate Mini is retailing for RM 379.
