Samsung Galaxy Note 3 photos leak as production rumours begin

Less bezel and more screen? Sammy's new gargantu-phone sounds good to us

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 leaks continue, this time with alleged shots of the giant smartphone in the wild from a mysterious Chinese source.

The first thing that strikes us is the bezel, or merciful lack of it. This ties in with previous rumours of a larger screen being crammed into a similar-sized (or perhaps even smaller) body.

The mystery photographer reckons that the new screen takes up 84 per cent of the front of the device, supporting rumours of anything from a 5.9in to 6.3in screen being the final size.

Once you get passed the clip on case the Note 3 also looks rather slim, though we're hoping that the battery size hasn't taken a hit in the fat-trimming process.

There's no details on specs at the moment, but rumours of an octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and a 13MP camera with 3X optical zoom have been making the rounds, so they'll have to do until we have something a little more solid to sink our teeth into.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is reportedly going into production in August, ramping up for an unveil at IFA 2013 according to Korea's ET News who spoke to a company insider, so stay tuned till then for the full lowdown.
