The Touch from Medion  is a wall mountable, Windows 7 multitouch all-in-one PC. The clue is in the name and we get our grubby mitts all over it in a video review.

A finger friendly machine deserves a big quality screen, so Medion have kitted The Touch with a 24-inch 1080p display, capable of pumping out quality hi-def movies, as well as packing a quad core processor and NVIDIA graphics chip, giving it some serious all-in-one gaming credentials.

When coupled with a dedicated media bar, Blu-ray player, an additional Sideshow screen for RSS feeds, IM messages and emails and a hefty 1TB of hard drive space, The Touch starts to sound quite appealing, doesn't it?

See what we thought of it in our video review and as always, make sure you tell us what you think below.
