The What Hi-Fi? Show 2015 is ready to astound audiophiles yet again at the posh Ritz Carlton Hotel in the IT capital of India. It’s a smorgasbord of high-end home-theatre and stereo components that is bound to turn your knees to jelly. Opening its doors August 28-30, this three-day event is bound to see throngs of music- and movie lovers line up to see the world’s finest audio/video systems on demo. Spread across two levels and more than 25 rooms, the Ritz Carlton will be converted into a veritable showroom of the best brands in the business.
Sponsored by Bengaluru-based DNI Home-Theatre and Focal, the WHAT HI-FI? SHOW 2015 is the second edition of this popular show, after already hosting a successful event in Mumbai at the premium Palladium Hotel back in February. Mainstream brands such as Denon, Onkyo, Marantz and Pioneer will be present, as well as more esoteric specialist brands like Bel Canto, Sonus Faber, Accuphase, Amphion, Stage Accompany, Genelec and many more. The layout of the show allows it to be spread across split levels with the larger State Rooms serving to demonstrate the larger systems with Dolby Atmos and Auro3D set-ups. Deluxe rooms, on the other hand, will be stripped of their furniture to serve as makeshift demo units that will allow the exhibitors to showcase the best bits of their systems to the optimum. New brands and models are slated to be launched at the show, so you will find ‘never-before-seen’ (or heard) products here for sure.
With seminars, discussions and special timed shows being planned by exhibitors, keep checking in on www.whathifi.in for updated details. Tickets will be available at the venue and also at www.bookmyshow.com. If you’re even remotely interested in movies or music, you cannot afford to miss out on this one-of-a-kind event.
