Sometimes the resounding cacophony of an alarm (or your mum shouting "wake up") isn't enough to get you out of bed in the morning. Just ask Stuff.tv editor Paddy Smith, who uses four different types of alarm to rouse himself from his slumber.
Some of us require a bit more of a push when it comes to rolling out of bed. iLuv's IMM155 Vibro II dock wants to give you that boot up the backside – and the clue is in the name.
In addition to waking you up to the sound of your favourite radio station or your chosen iPhone/iPod playlist, the Vibro II comes with a Shaker, which sends out good (or bad) vibrations when it's time to get up. Just place it underneath your pillow and when the alarm goes off you'll be (in theory) shaken awake.
The Vibro II will also charge your iThings when docked and comes complete with a large LCD display with a dimmer control (so it doesn't shine like an irritating beacon through the night), plus an auxiliary input in for non iDevices.
The iLuv IMM155 Vibro II will be available as of March for £50 from iLuv UK.
