Amazon has been hinting at a tablet for sometime, but details are scarce. Perhaps that's why we get excited by even the tiniest morsels of rumour dripping from the company's tablet lab. Word has it the as-yet unnamed tablet (possibly Coyote) will have a 9in display, but no camera. This points towards a cheaper end tablet that undercuts the iPad 2, Xoom and Galaxy Tab 10.1. That tallies with the Kindle's approach to successfully dominating the ebook reader market, and suggests there may yet be truth in the October release date being touted around the gadget grapevine. Here's hoping some more concrete details emerge soon.
